    Do you feel like you're operating in

    Zombie Mode?

    Are you feeling (or have ever felt) exhausted, overwhelmed, drained, and just constantly swamped with demands? Maybe you’re feeling hopeless that you’ll ever be able to keep up with everything. Sound familiar?

    You might be experiencing—or at risk of—burnout. Help is here! Speaker Kelly Bubolz’ experience with burnout was so bad it affected her health, and her successful return to balance and health led to her new career of helping people and organizations avoid burnout.

    You will leave this program with:

    • An exploration of burnout contributors and how to respond;
    • The 4 behavioral categories that can create a foundation to stand strong on;
    • A practical action plan to help you move forward in this chaotic fast-paced world.

    Kelly Bubolz is a 15-year human resource professional who now specializes in unique training topics including burnout and resilience from her own journey so that she can train others to avoid what she went through.
