Tina has been in the insurance and financial services industry since 2017. As a financial advisor, Tina is inspired by the joy she sees when people feel good about their financial future. Tina looks forward to working with you to develop a complete, tailored strategy to help you achieve your financial goals. Tina and her husband live in Fremont, WI. They have 3 grown children and a granddaughter. Tina and her family enjoy playing cards, volleyball, boating, and golfing together. Tina is a basketball coach for Special Olympics and serves as an ambassador for the Fox Cities Chamber.

Foundation Chair

Cassie Mathis is a certified Prosthetist-Orthotist and entrepreneur. In 2021, she opened Baby Bear Cranial Clinic, the only cranial specific orthotic clinic in northeast Wisconsin. The clinic focuses on helping parents navigate their concerns with cranial asymmetries. She majored in Kinesiology and Business Administration at UW-Eau Claire and earned Orthotic and Prosthetic Certificates from Northwestern University and California State University- Dominguez Hills, respectively.

In 2021, Cassie won the Mid-Day Entrepreneurship grant and has been involved with the organization ever since. She currently serves as the Foundations Co-Chair working to plan and fundraise for future grant recipients.

Leadership Development Chair

Courtney Booth, of Booth Leadership, has a passion to grow better leaders. Through a customized approach, Courtney helps clients and their businesses ignite their people by offering on-site leadership development programs that incorporate interactive group training, 1:1 professional coaching and business culture building. This effective and efficient approach to growing better leaders and stronger teams, serves a business's specific leadership needs valuing their time and money, while also focuses on the leader's personal potential, challenges and opportunities.

A native of Louisiana, Ann has lived in the Appleton area since 2013. She joined Mid-Day Women's Alliance shortly after moving to the area as a way to meet people and to make connections. Ann is a residential real estate agent with Realty One Group Haven and enjoys working with clients in all stages of homeownership. She educates first time home buyers, helps clients upsize or downsize. She serves on the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce Board as a Chamber Ambassador, belongs to the Heart of the Valley Chamber and organizes the First Thursday Women's Networking.

Mary Ann Bazile

Certified Coach Practitioner specializing in career transition and in Resume Design and Development. Highly skilled and seasoned consultant/manager with 20+ years experience in various aspects of managing people and processes.Established Project Manager and Facilitator of Strategic Plans, Grant Programs and Special Projects. Mary Ann holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from UW-Oshkosh, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Lakeland College and is a graduate of the Wisconsin Leadership Development Institute. She was named Woman Manager of the Year for 2005 by Women In Management-Fond du Lac WI.

Kim O'Brien

Kim has been involved in the Mid-Day Women's Alliance website development and design since the start of our engagement with the Wild Apricot platform. Kim's background includes nonprofit work in the areas of fundraising, marketing, human resources and all things technology. She is currently the point person for our engagement with Coalesce Marketing as our website managed service provider. Kim works for United Way Fox Cities as the Community Shared Services Strategist.
