Incomplete registrations with payment pending will be notified as identified. Any payment not resolved by midnight on Thursday before the meeting will result in the registration being canceled and will not be included in the meal planning with the venue.
Those who pre-register will have the ability to cancel with full refund as follows:
Cancellations must be received by midnight on Thursday the week before the meeting.
Cancellations require an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Secretary overseeing emails will forward to Welcome chair(s) first thing in the morning on Friday to allow for adjustments to food counts called in at noon on Friday.
Payment will be held as a credit on the account as the default. Credit can be used toward any Mid-Day Women's Alliance event. If you have problems applying the credit please email email@example.com.
A refund of the pre-payment must be requested at the time of cancellation if desired. In that case, the Treasurer will issue the refund via PayPal or check.
Pre-registered members and guests who find they cannot attend always have the option of gifting their registration to another person. A member will be allowed to gift her registration to a guest without incurring additional charges:
Pre-registered member or guest needs to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the substitute including their email and phone number; the Secretary will forward the email to the Welcome chair(s) so that the registration list is updated.
If someone is pre-registered and is not able to attend and does not cancel by noon on Thursday before the meeting, they will not receive a refund.
In case this shift in procedures results in larger numbers of walk-ins and potentially results in insufficient number of meals prepared a small number of large “table tent” cards labeled “Walk-In” will be provided to walk-ins. The venue wait staff knows to whom extra meals should go to in the event that Catering runs out of food.
