As a leader, it is essential to your success to use the skills and mindset of a negotiator. Whether you are an entrepreneur, a new manager, or a seasoned professional, you already spend more time negotiating than you currently realize. To help with that task, we welcome our speaker Ann Thielman, Realtor at Keller Williams Realty and Co-President of Mid-Day Women’s Alliance of Appleton.
Ann Thielman is currently a real estate agent for Keller Williams serving the Fox Cities for the past 2 years. Her career boasts more than 25 years in the marketing and branding of companies, their product lines and helping bridge the value-add components with the end user, in a number of different industries. She has mastered the art of negotiations through her career moves and today is pleased to help people achieve their goals and dreams as a realtor in the Fox Cities, with listing, selling and buying their dream homes. She was born and raised in Louisiana, lived in several locations (Texas, Missouri, Minnesota and Wisconsin) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Ann is also the co-President of Mid-Day Women’s Alliance and believes in the give-back and leadership development of all women. She is very active in the community and has been heavily involved in the Fox Cities area and business networks.
