“Growing Your Visionary Leadership Skills”

Presented by Robyn Gruner,  AT&T Director of External Affairs

                11:30 AM –12:00 PM       Hors D’oeuvres/Networking

                12:00PM – 1:30 PM         Workshop

How can I develop my visionary leadership skills?  Not everyone is a natural born visionary.  This workshop will help you to develop the skills needed for a “future focus” in business and personal endeavors. Learn to see beyond the ambiguity and challenges of today to an empowering picture of tomorrow.

  • Recognizing visionary characteristics
  • Applying principles of forward visionary thinking with WILD Leadership Framework
  • Feeling empowered with future focus

There is a distinct difference in those leaders who have forward thinking attributes and those that don’t.  With work and perseverance, you can develop the skills needed to become better at anticipating the future and creating a compelling vision for your organization and your life--an attribute that can help you to become the type of leader that others will follow to greatness.  Visionary leaders inspire others to and we are really excited to have you experience this WILD Workshop!
