Mutual respect is the foundation of all healthy relationships. This is especially true for leaders. To build a cohesive, effective team we need to respect each other’s boundaries and ensure they respect ours.  How do leaders use mutual respect to inspire action and ensure accountability? During this workshop we will explore:
  • How to recognize ours and other’s boundaries
  • The message behind our emotional reactions to boundaries being crossed
  • How leaders establish and keep boundaries for mutual respect
In this hands-on workshop we will learn to establish healthy boundaries, and quickly tap into natural reactions to recognize, establish, and respond to boundaries being crossed, both for ourselves and others. This lays the foundation for mutual respect.
Presented by Cindy Warner, MSHR, ICF Certified Executive Coach, Equine Assisted Executive Coach. Owner and President of Cindy Warner Leadership Coaching and Team building.
