Do you think women are equal to men?  Do you think women are on equal footing in the workplace and protected against gender discrimination that affects pay? 

The Legislative Committee will lead this program and have us share real examples of discrimination that have likely led to our own personal pay gap and other discriminatory practices.  They will also share excerpts from two short videos about the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), and then close with an update on its legal status.

With the 38th state to ratify coming very soon, we will discuss its importance to businesswomen everywhere.

To ensure your seat is reserved and your meal is provided on time, please pre-register. Payment is required at the time of pre-registration.

Early registration for best pricing ends midnight on the Thursday before the event. Meal counts are called in to the venue by noon on Fridays prior to the events. 

Refunds will not be given for no shows.
