READY, SET, GROW!

Working from the Inside Out

"Being your best personally and professionally is a lifelong journey that begins and ends with you!"

Alison Starr, Founder, Tashi Deley LLC

In this growth session, you will learn the importance of practicing the art of honoring the greatness within one another by working from the inside out. We understand that how we communicate with others is vital to being able to truly see them, however, are we aware of the importance of our own self-talk?

The stories we tell ourselves about each other might be more vital than how we actually communicate with one another. During this session, you will be reminded of what happens when our assumptions go unchecked. You will be introduced to the ladder of assumptions and while it might be common sense our goal is to make it a common practice. When we commit to checking our assumptions we cannot help but create the next best version of ourselves. This ultimately strengths our ability to "see each other's genius shine through."

Decide, commit and most importantly be gentle with yourself
