“The ability to establish, grow, extend, and restore trust is the key professional and personal competency of our time.” – STEPHEN M.R. COVEY

Building a culture of trust in the workplace takes time (3-4 years depending on the study you read).  There are immediate things you can do, however, to increase your leadership presence and begin building trust.

This workshop “How to Build Trust by Aligning Your Body Language” will look at trust through a body language lens and address questions including:

  • How am I being perceived?
  • Am I approachable?
  • Do I create psychological safety?
  • How can I better read and respond to others in real time?
  • How can I be more engaging and competent?
  • Why should a leader care about all of this?

Come participate in this interactive learning session and begin to build your own body language blueprint for success.

Presented by Kristin Bock, owner of Body Language Blueprints and body language trainer, speaker and coach.

Kristin summarizes her background into this equation:

As a shy, awkward teenager (think black clothes and permed 80's hair visible in your peripheral), I became an avid people watcher. This led me to graduating with a Psychology degree with a minor in Art because after all, it went along with my fascination with humans AND with my all black fashion. After 25+ years in non-profit, I have built my expertise in training and body language coaching. With these superpowers, I partner with leaders to improve their self-awareness and interactions with others.
