Executive Committee Meeting - 6-5-2019

Executive Committee meets periodically throughout the year when called by the Presidents comprised of the MDWA Officers as set forth in ARTICLE VII Section 1.  

Topics and issues that need a lot of discussion and input as well as a motion by the Board can first come to the Executive Committee to discuss. 

Several topics that come to mind include but are not limited to:  Financial Audit Process; procedures for major events, i.e., B&P Ball, Entrepreneur Grant, Gold Outing, partnerships with other organizations, etc.

Possibility of utilizing the Executive Committee as a partner to our nominations chair.
