Black & Pink Committee Planning Meeting

Hi all, 

This event is being scheduled to kick off the Black and Pink Ball Committee.  Those of us on the committee and that have expressed an interest in being on the committee, please join us at this meeting if you can and we will discuss the basics of what will be expected of those on the committee, begin a time line of what needs to be done when and MOST IMPORTANTLY get feedback from the group on when it would be best to hold regularly occurring meetings.  

This date and time and place do not necessarily need to be the same going forward, and we can certainly work with the group to establish more convenient times.  That being said, time is of the essence and we want to also get things rolling, so we appreciate everyone's flexibility as we work through the details.  I recognize this week and next week are VERY HEAVY with commitments to MDWA and Fusion.
