Planning Committee - Black & Pink

By now we should have:

- Donor list and mail merge done (Joann)

- Donation Letter & Donation/Sponsor Form done (Sarah F, Sara C)

- Return envelopes w/postage verified (Sara C)

- Clear plan from BABES on how they are handling contacting their      donors (Sandipa)

- Printing company willing to donate (?  last year?)

- List of volunteers available from BABES for that night, and/or before to help with set up, mailing, etc (Ann T to talk to Yvonne & BABES)

Today if that is all set, we will stuff envelopes while we talk and send envelopes home with you all to stuff and mail.
