Bylaws Update Committee first meeting - yay!! Are you excited? I am!
Action item: review the bylaws (https://middaywomensalliance.wildapricot.org/resources/Documents/Mid-Day-Bylaws-Revision-Apr-17-2019.pdf) and note any areas you believe we should discuss for revision. We will use these as jumping off points; revisions over the course of the next few months will not be restricted to only these items.
If you want to add anything to the agenda, please send it to me (hello@msmoodymoney.com) by Wednesday the 15th at 5pm.
Preliminary Agenda:
11:30: Review state of current process
11:40: Discuss goals of updating the bylaws and all members
11:50: Discussion on how to proceed with the process
12:00: Committee discussion on topics we believe need the most attention to align bylaws with current way Midday runs as well as giving guidance for future issues that may crop up.
12:30: Absolute end of meeting.
