Resources & Tips
for Partnering
with Schools
for Our Kids

Ted Neitzke has been a professional public school educator for over 25 years. He is a son, brother, husband, father, teacher, coach, principal, superintendent, and now the CEO of CESA 6 (Cooperative Educational Service Agency) out of Oshkosh. He has several degrees, really enjoys fish tacos and music of all genres, and has a weakness for dark chocolate M&Ms!

After just ten minutes with Ted, you will be energized by his optimism and passion for leadership. You will also have an understanding of why the people who know him best say that he is "contagiously energetic, insanely curious, service orientated, and passionate about the young people of our world."

Ted is a motivational keynote speaker who has presented to thousands of educators around the country. He demonstrates the power every individual carries to influence other people through optimism and cognizant leadership. Ted has been a teacher, principal, and superintendent. Ted is also the host and creator of “The Smart Thinking Podcast,” which is dedicated to supporting leadership in the classroom, the boardroom, and in life by sparking reflection, action, collaboration, and empathy.

Brenda Leopold is a local entrepreneur who solves problems for businesses through shared spaces, powerful connections, and resource partnerships. As a founder of World HeadQuarters Wisconsin, her leadership has answered the need for working parents with children who are part of virtual/distance learning. Brenda will share with us “Kids HQ” and its benefits in support of families, school districts, and most importantly, our children.
