Nomination committee will meet to assess current board and committee chair status in preparation for starting the nomination process for the MDWA fiscal year 2021-2022.

Review spreadsheet sent by Sandi of current status - address any questions about content for understanding. 

Discuss "draft" of proposed 2021-2022 board to identify areas to be confirmed and unfilled roles. 

Determine next steps regarding personal outreach to members to help with fill the gaps.
