Being able to think on your feet and remain open to whatever may come up is a key skill for anyone serving the public, yet it can be intimidating to approach someone you don't know and launch into a conversation. Come join us to stretch your improv muscles and learn how to build confidence and flexibility. You’ll learn the benefits of improv in a fun-filled session plus take away games you can use to reinforce these skills with your team.

WIIFM (What’s In It For Me)???

  • Laughter—because during the stressful month of December, who couldn’t use a good laugh? Laughter relieves stress, soothes tension, and can even strengthen your immune system!
  • Instant connections—beyond traditional networking;
  • More confidence in meetings—especially building upon other’s ideas;
  • Better listening skills—benefiting both personal and professional relationships.

And as a result of this session, you’ll feel energized, awake, more creative, and maybe even a bit more playful:  a perfect mid-day break during a very busy month!

Angela Prestil, certified Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE), will be our guide for this energizing program for December. She has more than 35 years of experience developing and delivering innovative service and sales solutions, leadership coaching, train-the-trainer programs, and staff development initiatives, all with a focus on “people helping people.”
