Due to the current rise in COVID cases in our area, we have decided to move this event to zoom, NOT in-person. You can register up to the morning of January 19!

Have you thought about what your personal brand conveys or how it is perceived by others?  Are these perceptions in good alignment?  Is leadership a part of your personal brand?

To kick off the New Year, our January program will provide you with the tools to address how to understand your personal brand and how well it represents you, your beliefs, and your approach to leadership.

WIIFM (What’s In It For Me)?

  • Discover the top 10 characteristics of a great leader;
  • Assess your current leadership brand;
  • Determine if you are a formal or informal leader;
  • Identify leadership skills you might want to develop to improve your effectiveness;
  • Implement a personal leadership plan to prioritize your leadership goal development.

Register now to attend our monthly program

to learn all this and more from

our own Diane Jahnke, chair of WILD
