Relationships—we all have them, and we’ll all admit some are better than others. What can we do to make our relationships great?

Our October speaker Betsy Rozelle, author of Seeking Common Bonds, will show us how to become intentional about using the concept of affinity (the connection between and among people, based on common experiences, passions, and interests) to build successful relationships and teams.  Rozelle ties affinity-building to leadership, employee engagement, and team building.  Using an interactive approach, the workshop allows participants to practice basic relationship-building skills with a new perspective.

By the end of the workshop, you will:

  • Learn at least three new meaningful things about another participant;
  • Be able to apply the concept of Affinity Building in your personal and professional lives;
  • Practice and see the value of intentional Affinity-Building skills as they relate to improving relationships.

Betsy has experience in the chamber of commerce field, sales, and non-profit administration and grantmaking. She started Rozelle Communication, LLC and created the Build Affinity Workshops to help people create success through effective relationship building.
