Discover your behavior style and strengths as an individual, team player and leader in this workshop to reveal what you actually bring to the table.

WILD Workshops (Women In Leadership Development) provides quarterly leadership development workshops for members and non-members by identifying compelling topics for workshops as well as promoting and supporting the workshop completion.

Mary Ann Bazile, Certified Coach for Career Transitions and DiSC Facilitator will be leading an in-person, relevant and active discussion about your preferred behavior style (DiSC Profile) and the styles of your team members and what everyone brings to the discussion and team.

It all starts with an understanding of who you are and what you bring to the table. Then move to understanding the workstyle of others which will activate your ability to drive results through cohesive teamwork.

You will leave with

  • An in-depth understanding of your preferred leadership/behavior style
  • Strategies to adapt behavior to different situations/environments
  • Identifying opportunities to improve personally and professionally
  • Understanding how to work effectively with others
  • An individual profile tool for reference
  • Descriptions of other behavior styles

This will be an evening of hands on and situational activities to help you understand how to use your personal strengths to bring synergy to work environments.

Note: Because this workshop is hands-on, to make the most of our time together, we will adhere closely to the agenda:

5:30-6:00 PM - Arrive, network, eat

6:00-6:15 PM - Complete individual profiles

6:15 PM - Interactive workshop begins

8:00 PM - Final remarks
