How do some leaders find influence and favor quicker than others? In this workshop, we will discuss examples of ways that leaders build trust and break trust. This session will introduce you to a TRUST framework that you can use to identify your strengths and weaknesses and create strategies for building greater trust in your personal and professional relationships. Accept the adventure and find the treasure of greater trust in this interactive workshop.
Workshop materials are included in the registration. Attendees will choose one of three Panera Bread Box Lunch options for their meal.
Upon registering, you will be asked to select from the following four meal choices:
1) Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich + chips and cookie

About the Speaker:
Courtney Booth and her husband Chris of Plymouth, Wisconsin co-founded Booth Leadership, LLC an organization that creates customized leadership training & coaching programs that ignite the power of people, building better leaders and stronger teams while improving the organizational leadership culture.
She started out her career at UW-Madison where she studied Agricultural Journalism. After graduation, Courtney was selected to serve as Wisconsin's premier agricultural spokesperson- the 50th Alice in Dairyland and Wisconsin Fairest of the Fairs. Throughout the past 24 years, she has lived in her values of growth, family, faith and service and has served in roles connected to people development, sales, and marketing communications. Her career includes work experiences at the corporate level, on the farm as a full-time stay at home mom, and now small business entrepreneurship.
Courtney and her husband Chris are married for 24 awesome years and reside on their small farm Booth-Haven Holsteins with their 4 children- Cole, Ava, Campbell & Royce.
