Sarah Robertson

Infrastructure Developer, Human Capital, Executive Coach, Fractional Business Strategist, and Leadership Skill Developer with Stable Ascent.

Sarah believes that "Developing leaders starts with developing yourself. You can't lead others if you aren't managing your own emotional intelligence and daily habits, your own calendar, and getting rid of the 'I'm too busy' excuse." To Sarah, the word "Busy" is a 4-letter word.

John C. Maxwell, author of Developing the Leader Within You, agrees. He states "The world becomes a better place when people become better leaders. Developing yourself to become the leader you have the potential to be will change everything for you."

In this workshop, Sarah will combine her years of leadership experience with material from John Maxwell's book and lead us through an energized process of operationalizing leadership and problem-solving in our lives.

In this workshop, you can expect to develop your leadership acumen by exploring:

  • The 5 levels of leadership
  • How influence impacts leadership
  • How to create positive change
  • An 8-step problem-solving process

AGENDA:

5:30p - 6:00p - Networking, food and drink

6:00p - 7:30p - Workshop

7:30p - 8:00p - Networking and close

We can't wait for you to join us at this WILD event!
