Jess founded Yoga Story in 2016 and has since guided Yoga + Meditation classes for individuals across the globe. In 2022, she developed the Empowered Mindset Masterclass and Workshop Series, educating groups on science-based tools and practices to help keep the body moving and the mind sharp.
Jess is guided by her 5 core values:

In addition to empowering people through yoga and meditation, she serves as Board Secretary for Mid-Day Women's Alliance. In her down-time, she enjoys reading , gardening, writing, travel, wine and spending time with her husband Mike. She also enjoys time with their two cats; Smokey and Bean, and a few good friends and family.
